Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Partnr ("Partnr," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit partnrpays.com or submit a form on this site. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide

When you request a callback or submit a merchant application, we collect the details you enter so we can respond and evaluate your business for our services.

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number
  • Business details you choose to share: business name, industry, number of locations, monthly processing volume, current processor, preferred call times, and any notes you add

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive certain technical information when you use the site, including IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you. If you accept cookies (see below), our analytics and advertising tools also collect usage and measurement data.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about your inquiry or application and to provide our services
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website
  • To measure how well our website and advertising perform, including confirming when an inquiry came from an ad
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to providing and marketing our services.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use a cookie consent banner. Until you choose "Accept," no analytics or advertising tags load in your browser. If you accept, we use the following tools, each operated by its provider under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): site usage and traffic measurement
  • Google Ads conversion tracking with Enhanced Conversions (Google LLC): when you submit a form after clicking one of our ads, a hashed (encoded) version of your email and phone number may be sent to Google to measure ad performance. Google cannot read the hashed values directly; it uses them only to match the conversion to an ad click.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): measures visits and form submissions driven by our ads on Facebook and Instagram

Cookies these tools may set include Google Analytics cookies (names beginning with "_ga") and Meta cookies ("_fbp" and, after clicking a Meta ad, "_fbc"). Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage key "partnr-consent") so we can remember it.

Server-side conversion measurement: when you submit a form on this site, we also send Meta a conversion event from our server that includes a hashed version of your name, email, and phone number, along with your IP address and browser type. This happens because submitting the form is a direct request for us to contact you, and it lets us measure which advertising actually produces real inquiries. If you have not accepted cookies, no Meta cookie identifiers are included in that event. You can opt out of this sharing at any time (see "Your privacy rights" below).

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who process it on our behalf to run this site and respond to you:

  • Vercel (website hosting and server logs)
  • Supabase (secure storage of form submissions)
  • Resend (transactional email that delivers your inquiry to our team)
  • Our customer relationship management system, used to track and respond to inquiries
  • Google and Meta, as described in the advertising section above

These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their services to us.

Your privacy rights (California and other U.S. states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We honor these rights regardless of your state of residence, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising them.

  • Opt out of advertising cookies: decline the cookie banner, or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer to reopen your choice at any time
  • Opt out of server-side ad measurement, or exercise any other right: contact us through the form on this site and tell us what you would like us to do. We will confirm and act on verified requests within the timeframes required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and serve your business relationship with Partnr, and then delete or de-identify them. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls limiting it to the people who need it to respond to you.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.

Contact

Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to Partnr through the contact form on this site. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published here when available.
